Lately, a number of fans have requested prints, which I usually only sell at con appearances. But there’s been enough requests that I’m making them available for the holidays – or until quantities last.
Each print is 11×17″ and suitable for framing, printed on Glossy Paper (80lb Text). And if you’re buying as a gift, there are a number of attractive 11×17 frame options on Amazon.com.
Here’s what’s available (CLICK TO ENLARGE):
Each print is $15.00. I’m also running a holiday special, Set of 3 prints for $30 (buy two get one FREE, essentially).
You can purchase them in the Hero Business Gift Shop, along with other great Hero Business product offerings. Please note the separate purchase options for SINGLE prints and SET OF 3 prints.
PLUS: Like Us on Facebook and learn how to get an exclusive holiday discount at checkout!
Thanks!
So, back from the ever-enjoyable Albany Comic-Con! I didn’t think I’d be going and then fate intervened — fun show, as always!
Here’s the commission haul.

Here’s a (classic) Aquagirl commission with the admiring Aqualad. I was inspired by her first appearance, where the evil Dr. Dorsal hypnotized the Aqua-Teens when they ran off to an underwater discotheque.
Second commission, the request was for “any Avenger”; I had previously done Firestar for this same book. After much deliberation, I decided on Tigra.
Next up, the request was for Magik (Illyana Rasputin) as a schoolgirl; I had previously done X-23 and Dazzler, so this was another fun addition in the same vein.
Lastly, a Zatanna commission. How could you NOT love drawing the mistress of magic!?!
Thanks to everyone who came out to the show! Now… back to that commission list o’ mine.
Straggling after a weekend of Rhode Island Comic-Con! First time they put on a show this big…. overall, a fun time.
And now… sketches and commission! Click to enlarge.
Unsold Catwoman warm-up sketch.
Lee Meriwether was a guest, so it seemed fitting!
Jubilee commission, taken with my iPhone.
Love me some Jubes!
Tank Girl commission, taken with my iPhone.
Id’ love to draw her again!
Unsold Wolverine warm-up sketch. Grr!
Unsold Storm warm-up sketch. Goddess!
And that’s it! Not too many sketches this show.
Now, back to work!
OK, so for this week’s side project, I’m doing another “Saturday Morning Redux” — a vintage kids’ program polished off with a lil’ Walko charm.
So let’s make this another contest! Take a look see (you can click to enlarge):
Correctly identify the TWO SHOWS being revamped here!
E-mail your guesses (please do not post below), and for the first person to identify correctly, I’ll do a con-style commission of any character of your choosing!
