Honestly, he reminds me more of Serpentor (it helps that The Hub has run “Arise, Surpentor! Arise!” for three weeks in a row)
I never watched Kim Possible, but I just goggled Shego… yeah, I can see it. The inspiration was The Baroness of course, but it doesn’t help that my art style is similar to Kim Possible. ; )

THIS I like. Being a big GI Joe fan, you really played up the more ridiculous elements of the old cartoon quite nicely. Did you also spoof elements of Kobra and HYDRA with this? And FYI, the acronym you used comes from MASK.
For the VENOM leader, I’d cast Charlie Adler (the most recent voice of Cobra Commander) and for the Countess, I’d go with Lena Headey.
Nice voice choices. V.E.N.O.M. is mostly Cobra from GI Joe, but it’s also every ridiculous costumed “evil-super-organization” with logos plastered all over the joint. And SO many are reptile-themed…. Lizardmen from Jonny Quest, Cobra from GI Joe, Kobra from DC Comics, Serpent Society from Marvel Comics… I’m an equal-opportunity spoofer. ; )

haha, I can see that. Sooo many serpent-themed villains, it’s hard to do a quick-take on a new way to get at it. V.E.N.O.M. is supposed to be a mash-up of all reptile-related criminal organizations, so Serpentor works. This I Command!
